⚡ Terms of Service – ThunderSMMPanel By accessing or using ThunderSMMPanel’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. ThunderSMMPanel will not be held responsible for any loss incurred by users who fail to read and comply with the following terms.
1. General Use of Services •ThunderSMMPanel services are intended only for promoting social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and enhancing online appearance and visibility. •We do not guarantee interaction, engagement, or activity (likes, comments, messages, etc.) from the followers you receive. •Some services provide high-quality accounts with profile pictures and posts. However, we do not guarantee that all delivered accounts will include bios, profile images, or uploaded content. •ThunderSMMPanel is not affiliated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
2. Content Restrictions •You are strictly prohibited from uploading, promoting, or ordering services for nudity, illegal, offensive, or prohibited content. •All content must comply with the respective community standards of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other supported platforms. •Any violation of platform policies may result in order cancellation and account suspension on ThunderSMMPanel.
3. Order and Delivery Terms •Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Most services begin within 1 to 48 hours. Some platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) may take longer. •If your order does not begin within 24 hours, you may contact support to request a speed-up. •Do not use multiple panels or providers for the same link at the same time — this causes conflicts, delays, and inaccurate results. No refunds will be issued in these cases. •Do not include the “@” symbol in your link. Incorrect submissions are not eligible for refunds or refills. •If you delete a post, change your username, or make your account private after placing an order, no refill or refund will be provided. •We are not responsible for: •Drops or changes in large accounts (100k+ followers) •Suspensions or restrictions caused by social platform updates •Natural activity fluctuations or algorithm changes beyond our control
4. Start Count Policy 4.1 Definition The Start Count is the number of followers, likes, views, comments, or other measurable metrics recorded by ThunderSMMPanel’s system at the exact moment your order begins processing. All delivery, refill, and completion calculations are strictly based on this Start Count. 4.2 How Start Count Works •ThunderSMM automatically records the Start Count when your order moves to Processing or In Progress status. •Small live variations (±1–2%) are normal due to real-time activity on the platform. •For platforms showing rounded numbers (e.g., “1.1k”), ThunderSMM uses internal tools to capture an accurate metric. 4.3 Locked Start Count Once an order begins: •The Start Count becomes final and cannot be adjusted. •No refill or refund will be guaranteed if it’s a user error — such as changing username, deleting content, editing, hiding, or making the account private. •Placing multiple or overlapping orders on the same profile or post may result in partial delivery and will void any refill eligibility. 4.4 Customer Responsibility Before ordering: •Ensure the link or username is correct. •Ensure your profile/post is public and remains so during and after delivery. •Avoid changing usernames, deleting posts, or hiding content until the service is completed. •Failure to follow these conditions will void any guarantee, refill, or refund. 4.5 Disputes ThunderSMM’s system logs are the official record for Start Count and delivery. If you believe an error occurred, contact support with: •Order ID •Link/Username •Screenshot taken at order placement Our team will review your case based on internal system data.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy •All sales are final. No refunds will be issued to PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods once a deposit is made. •Refunds for non-started or canceled orders are automatically credited to your ThunderSMMPanel account balance, not to your payment method. •Balance funds are non-withdrawable and must be used for future orders. •If you file a dispute or chargeback, ThunderSMM reserves the right to: •Permanently ban your account •Cancel all ongoing/future orders •Revoke any previously delivered followers, likes, or views •Partially completed orders are not eligible for refill or compensation. •If you attempt to cheat or abuse the refill system, all refill rights will be revoked. •If a service has no active refill available, you will not receive a refill or refund. •ThunderSMMPanel does not issue refunds for customer mistakes (wrong links, private accounts, username changes, deleted posts, etc.).
6. Responsibility & Limitations •ThunderSMMPanel is not responsible for orders placed on: •Private, restricted, or banned accounts •Posts or pages with hidden metrics •Incorrect usernames, broken, or deleted links •Please double-check your order details before submission. No changes or refunds can be made after an order is placed. •If a service is not performing as expected, do not spam orders — open a support ticket for review. •Using ThunderSMMPanel services is at your own risk. We cannot control platform changes, drops, bans, or restrictions caused by the platform’s policies.
