By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and ThunderSMMPanel will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service. 

Service

ThunderSMMPanel will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only. 

 We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for. We sell some HQ services Which means accounts will Have profiles will have profile Pictures And most of them posts 

 We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

 You will not upload anything into the ThunderSMMPanel site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

ThunderSMMPanel DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 42 hours or sometimes more Depends on the service . Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Twitter Order Can Take A Little Bit Longer. We make no guaranteed for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders, however these are ESTIMATES. If you haven't received the order After 24 Hours You Can Request Speed Up.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be made to PayPal or any payment Method, After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance to order from ThunderSMMPanel.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

 If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

Orders placed in ThunderSMMPanel will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your ThunderSMMPanel account if the order is non deliverable. Also Do not Add the “@“ Symbol When placing and Order, order will not be Refunded. If you Delete The post after placing the Order We will not refund the order No Excuses, Also Partially completed orders can’t be refilled “compensated”.

Thundersmmpanel Is not Responsable If The  Account Have Over 100k Followers And orders drops, also We are not responsible if the account is suspended after using one of our service. “There almost 0% it will happen”.

Misplaced, Restricted, Private account/post or hidden Counts subs “including likes views etc, the orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it. NO EXCUSES!!

If You Change Username/Delete Post After Order Is placed we will not give a refund, wait till the order is done and change the username.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers, likes ect. number in that case. Also that Can cause Delay/Issues with the Order. We will not refund these orders. Wait For the first Order To be Completed Then You Can Placed another Order for the Same Link. Also Do not Place 2 Order In TSMMP and Another Panel or create an ad at the same Time for the Same Link, wait for the first order to be completed, then you can placed another order for the same link. Please keep attention!

If you Think I Service don’t work do not Spam It. Open a Ticket To Resolve The Issue.

Make Sure before placing any order for Instagram Or other Social Media the account is Public if you Placed an Order and you don't receive the Like/Followers/Ect I will not Give any Refund.
